Trust & security

Trust belongs in the working system.

Workforce records deserve careful handling. Here is how to approach Vritti’s access model, sensitive data and security evaluation before bringing your team onto the platform.

Access

Understand who can see and change what.

Vritti uses organisation membership and role permissions to shape access across workforce workflows. Employee self-service is linked to the person’s own working records. An enterprise evaluation should include the roles, tenant boundaries and administrative access relevant to your deployment.

Sensitive records

Evaluate the data flows, not just the feature.

Attendance may involve face templates and location information. Payroll involves financial and personal information. Ask us to walk through what your selected setup captures, where it is stored, who can access it and how retention and deletion are handled.

AI

Review the assistant’s boundaries.

The assistant works with permitted tools and workforce context. Discuss the provider configuration, data sent to model services, access scope and confirmation behavior of the workflows you intend to use. Do not submit sensitive employee data through a general website inquiry.

Privacy & contracts

Make responsibilities explicit.

Review hosting locations, subprocessors, customer instructions, retention and incident coordination for your deployment. Discuss the requirements applicable to your organisation under India’s privacy framework and the supporting contractual terms with our team.

Evaluation

Ask for evidence with a defined scope.

Tell us which controls matter to your procurement process. We can discuss current documentation and the evidence available, and identify gaps that need to be resolved before rollout. Planned assessments should be distinguished from completed assessments.

Reporting

Found a potential security issue?

Contact us privately with the affected component and enough detail to understand the issue. Keep vulnerabilities and employee data out of public issues. Ask for a suitable private channel before sharing sensitive evidence.

Your next step

Have a security questionnaire?

Tell us about your procurement requirements and intended deployment. We will discuss the current position and the evidence you need.
